Translucent water, an emerald lake, a fine sandy beach… No, you are not dreaming, you are in Arjuzanx, in the middle of the Landes department, right near the Natural Park of Landes de Gascogne!
In this ideal green setting in the heart of the nature reserve of the same name, Arjuzanx is an idyllic place for swimming and enjoying nature. This former lignite mine has been reclaimed for swimming and offers exceptional water quality thanks to continuous supply of fresh water from several springs and groundwater. A wide range of activities are available at the lake: swimming, mountain biking, hiking around the lake, fishing and several activities at the water sports centre (paddle board, pedal boat and canoe rentals).

Mais ce potager est différent, car ici le jardinier a décidé de bannir pesticides et autres produits chimiques, et de n’être aidé que par de discrets ouvriers, les insectes. En plongeant au coeur de ce royaume végétal, nous découvrons des milliers de vies minuscules qui s’organisent comme dans une microsociété : insectes décomposeurs, recycleurs, pollinisateurs, les ouvriers du jardin travaillent à maintenir un fragile équilibre au sein du potager..."(allociné)

"Originaire de Morcenx, je suis photographe passionné par les mondes aquatiques et
l’exploration sous-marine. Depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années et lors de mes
expériences professionnelles, qui m’ont conduit dans différentes régions du monde,
j’ai découvert la richesse des fonds marins et cherché à en capturer la beauté et la
diversité. Plonger sous la surface, c’est s’ouvrir à un monde à la fois fragile et fascinant, où
