About
Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the Landes, Courant beach is located where the coastal river flows into the ocean. The beach therefore changes with the tides. Courant is a quiet, natural beach equipped with public toilets and a lifeguard station to ensure swimmers’ safety. A wheelchair access mat and specific equipment are available at Courant beach.

Discover Mimizan by walking the Aigrettes trail (along the Courant river) or follow the pond loop to explore every corner of Aureilhan lake.
